Central Bank of Tunisia Launches National Tender for Essential Supplies
The Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT) has officially launched National Tender No. 2025/01 for the acquisition of various essential supplies necessary for its operations. This tender aims to secure stocks of simple prints, office supplies, computer consumables, printing supplies, and specific supplies for the Cash Department.

- Access to Tender Documents: The document is freely available at the Central Bank of Tunisia's Procurement Unit (25, Hédi Nouira Street, Tunis) or by simple email request to boc@bct.gov.tn.
- Flexibility of Offers: Companies can bid for one, several, or all items, without distinction of lots. However, only one single offer must be presented to avoid rejection.
- Language and Format: All offers must be written in French and submitted in a sealed and strictly anonymous envelope. The outer envelope must not contain any indication of the bidder's identity, only the mention "DO NOT OPEN - NATIONAL TENDER NO. 2025/01".
- Required Documents: Each offer must include administrative documents (including a provisional guarantee of 1.5% and a valid social security certificate) and a separate financial offer in a sub-envelope. Any incomplete offer will be rejected, unless decided by the commission.
- Deadline for Submission: Offers must be deposited at the Central Order Office or sent by postal mail (no hand delivery) no later than Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 12:00 pm. The postmark will serve as proof.
- Commitment: Bidders are committed to their offer for 120 days from the deadline for receipt.
