Office Plast Launches Call for Independent Administrators and Minority Shareholder Representative
Office Plast has launched a call for applications for the designation of independent administrators and a minority shareholder representative for a 3-year term, until the next Ordinary General Assembly, which will deliberate on the financial statements for the 2026 fiscal year.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must:
- Hold at least a master's degree or equivalent
- Have at least 10 years of professional experience in the office and school supply manufacturing industry
Application Requirements
The application dossier must include the following documents:
- A letter of application addressed to the President of the Office Plast Board of Directors
- A motivation letter presenting the candidate, their reasons for applying, and their profile
- A detailed and signed curriculum vitae up to the date of application submission
- A copy of the national identity card
- A completed and signed application form
- A sworn declaration, completed and signed
- Documents justifying the candidate's skills and qualifications:
- Original or certified copies of work certificates attesting to the candidate's professional experience and quality
- A bulletin number 3: an extract from the judicial record, dated less than 3 months prior to the application submission date, or a copy of the receipt for the request for the bulletin number 3 from the competent authorities
- A certificate of tax compliance
Additional Requirements for Minority Shareholder Representative
The application dossier for the minority shareholder representative position must also include a certificate of ownership of shares, justifying the participation rate in Office Plast's capital.
