Ministry of Cultural Affairs Announces Public Funding for Associations
The Ministry of Cultural Affairs announced on Thursday, August 29, the opening of applications for public funding for associations.
Deadline for Submissions: September 16, 2024
The funding will be awarded to projects that align with the Ministry's public policy objectives, including:
- Economic, social, and cultural inclusion
- Reduction of risky behaviors
- Utilization of modern technologies in the cultural field
To be eligible, projects must meet the following criteria:
- Quality of the proposed concept and program
- Relevance to the Ministry's objectives
- Budget conformity with the project
Each funding axis will have a total amount of 50,000 dinars, distributed among the selected projects.
Application Requirements
To be considered, associations must submit a complete dossier including:
- The application form available on the Ministry's website
- The association's statutes and list of board members
- A report from the auditors for associations with annual resources exceeding 100,000 dinars
- The latest moral and financial report, validated by the relevant authorities
- The register of activities, aids, donations, and legacies
- The latest minutes of the election of the management structure
- Documents proving the association's fiscal and social compliance
- A commitment to reimburse in case of similar funding from another public organization
- A detailed report on the association's resources and fund utilization
- An economic study of the project
- A budget and implementation schedule
- CVs of the team members
Previous Funding Recipients
Associations that have received public funding in the past must also include their latest report to the Court of Auditors.
