National Energy Management Agency Launches Call for Tender for Eco-Friendly Vehicles
The National Energy Management Agency (ANME) has announced the launch of call for tender No. 1/2026 for the acquisition of a fleet of eco-friendly vehicles. This initiative is part of the national strategy to reduce fossil fuel consumption.
Details of the Order
The market is divided into three specific lots to meet the agency's diverse needs:
- Lot 1: Acquisition of eight electric passenger cars (5 seats).
- Lot 2: Acquisition of three light electric cars.
- Lot 3: Acquisition of a rechargeable hybrid vehicle (5 seats).
Participation Modalities and Deadlines
For those wishing to participate, it is mandatory to use the online public procurement system TUNEPS. The specifications can be downloaded free of charge from the website www.tuneps.tn. For operators who are not yet registered, the TUNEPS management unit is located in Tunis. Note that the deadline for submitting offers is set for March 2, 2026. The TUNEPS system will automatically close at this precise time. The opening of bids, including online offers and physical documents (such as bank guarantees and extracts from the national business register), will take place on the same day.
Strict Instructions for Bidders
The ANME reminds that additional physical documents must be sent by registered mail, rapid post, or deposited directly at the agency's central ordering office. The envelope must be sealed and bear the reference of the call for tender. Note: Failure to comply with procedures or specified conditions will result in the automatic elimination of the candidate's offer.
