Anis Zayana, General Manager of "The Residence Douz By Cenizaro", has been awarded "Best Hotel General Manager in Tunisia" at the "Golden Tree Awards 2026", held in Dubai.
Biography
Born in Germany in 1973, Anis Zayana holds a higher technician certificate in reception obtained in 1996. He is also a Certified Hotel Administrator, a title awarded in 2018 by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
Professional Career
His professional career has been marked by a progressive trajectory in the hospitality industry in Tunisia and internationally. Before taking up his position at The Residence Douz, he was the director of the Les Oliviers Palace hotel since 2019. Between July 2016 and April 2019, he held the position of General Manager of the Golden Yasmin Ras El Ain hotel in southwestern Tunisia, an area also characterized by seasonal tourist activity. Earlier, between 2013 and 2016, he worked in Algeria, where he managed the Oasis Alger and Golden Tulip ADEF Oran hotels. This international experience has allowed him to evolve in different hotel environments, particularly in North African markets that are still developing.
