AMI Assurances informs its shareholders and the public that, as of June 27, 2024, it has entrusted the management of its shareholder registry to BNA Capitaux, a stock exchange intermediary, effective July 1, 2024.
The management of the shareholder registry encompasses the following tasks, in compliance with applicable regulations:
- Recording of Transactions
- Updating of Data
- Organization of General Assemblies
- Preparation of Ownership Certificates
