Alkimia's Ordinary General Assembly Meeting: New Administrator Appointed and Remuneration Decisions
Following the Ordinary General Assembly (AGO) meeting of Alkimia held on August 28, 2024, Ali Mhiri has been appointed as an administrator for a 3-year term starting from the 2024 exercise.
The General Assembly has set the total gross amount of attendance fees for the 2023 exercise at 144,000 TND and the remuneration of the Permanent Audit Committee Members at 48,000 TND.
