13 African Startups to Showcase Products and Services at Africa Tech Summit London

The 9th edition of the Africa Tech Summit London will take place on June 6, featuring 13 African startups presenting their products and services. This event aims to facilitate access to international capital markets for African tech companies.

Held at the London Stock Exchange, the summit is supported by partners such as Amazon Web Services, London Stock Exchange, Fincra, Flutterwave, Tola Mobile, Bank of America, the UK Department for Business and Trade, Payaza Africa, Wimbart, and TLP Advisor.

Over 350 investors, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers are expected to attend, exchanging ideas on how to accelerate the growth of African startups on a global scale, adapt to new economic dynamics, and mobilize necessary funding. This year, a dedicated project presentation session will allow 13 startups to showcase their projects to potential investors and partners.

Among the selected startups, six are from Nigeria:

  • Build Africa, a construction technology service
  • MyItura, a medtech startup
  • NotchHR, a human resources management software
  • Pika Insights, a market intelligence platform
  • WALLX Africa, a payment fraud detection system

South Africa will be represented by five startups:

  • Lawyered Up, a legaltech service
  • NjiaPay, a payment solution
  • Rafiki, a recruitment service
  • Smartfill, a waste management platform

Two other payment-focused startups, Blockradar and StraitPay, complete the selection.
