Advanced e-Technologies "AeTECH" S.A. Launches a Call for Applications for an Independent Administrator
Advanced e-Technologies "AeTECH" S.A. is launching a call for applications for the appointment of an independent administrator to sit on its board of directors.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must have at least a master's degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in integrating communication solutions.
Application Requirements
The application file must include the following documents:
- A letter of application addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors
- A candidate profile form according to the provided model
- A motivation letter presenting the candidate, the reasons for their application, and their profile
- The candidate's curriculum vitae
- A copy of their national identity card
- A sworn declaration, duly completed and signed by the candidate, attesting that they meet the eligibility criteria set out in this call for applications, according to the provided model
- A recent extract from the judicial record (less than 3 months old at the time of application submission)
- A certificate of tax compliance
- Documents justifying the candidate's skills and qualifications mentioned in their CV
Application Submission
The application file must be submitted or deposited at the company's headquarters by hand, against a receipt from the Order Office, or by email (contact@aetech-solutions.com) or postal mail. The postmark will serve as proof of receipt, no later than December 7, 2024, which is the deadline for receiving applications.

Any incomplete application file or one received after the deadline will not be considered by the company.
