NBA Africa Announces 10 African Startups Selected for the Final of the "NBA Africa Triple-Double Accelerator"
The NBA Africa has announced the 10 African startups selected for the final of the second edition of the "NBA Africa Triple-Double Accelerator", a program launched by the league last year to support the continent's technology ecosystem and the new generation of African entrepreneurs.

The 10 startups, selected from over 700 applications, will present their products to a panel of international industry leaders.

The following are the 10 startups competing for the five awarded spots:
- Athlon Technology (Egypt): Explores accessible mobile technology and AI to provide video analysis to amateur sports teams and those with limited budgets.
- Atsur (Nigeria): Utilizes blockchain to promote investment in African art and support artists and art communities.
- CoLab (South Africa): A platform that brings together creatives, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals, offering a space to connect, manage projects, and bring ideas to life.
- Contestify (Nigeria): A platform that streamlines contest management, offering real-time scoring, transparent judging, and instant payments.
- Fitclan (Egypt): A digital fitness center that uses a flexible subscription model for individuals and corporate clients.
- Novate (Morocco): Offers a unique and immersive football viewing experience in virtual reality with features such as seat selection, camera switching, social voice chat, and live statistics.
- ProPath Sports (Kenya): Revolutionizes athlete discovery in Kenya through data-based talent identification.
- Reborn (Morocco): Provides comprehensive performance indicators that give athletes an in-depth insight into their physical condition and on-field performance.
- Safia Health (Kenya): Offers personalized training programs that integrate fitness, recovery, and mental well-being tracking on a unified platform, providing value to athletes and coaches.
- Song Dis (Nigeria): Provides digital distribution and comprehensive services tailored to independent artists and African labels.
Absence of Tunisian Startups
Unfortunately, there is an absence of Tunisian startups, which suffer mainly from a small market size that hinders their development, not to mention the rigidity of exchange regulation. Hopefully, our startups will succeed in the next edition.
