Agricultural Investment Promotion Agency Validates New Projects
The Agricultural Investment Promotion Agency (APIA) has validated three new investment projects in the agricultural and fishing sectors, with a total value of 6.7 million dinars. These projects involve creation, extension, and renewal initiatives located in the governorates of Manouba, Béja, and Gabès.
Decision Made at the 7th Meeting of the Commission
The decision was made during the 7th meeting of the Commission for Granting Benefits for the year 2026, held on Thursday, July 30, under the presidency of the APIA's General Director.
Supporting Regional Development
Beyond the financial volume committed, these new projects reflect a focus on supporting project holders who wish to develop productive activities in the regions. The selected investments cover several stages of the life cycle of agricultural enterprises, ranging from the launch of new units to the modernization or expansion of existing projects.
Approval of Land Credits for Young Agricultural Promoters
Additionally, the commission approved the granting of three land credits to young agricultural promoters for the acquisition of land. These financings, with a total value of 410,000 dinars, will enable the purchase of 27.3 hectares of agricultural land distributed between the governorates of Kasserine, Le Kef, and Tataouine.
