The choice of Hubei province was not random. This region is a central hub for trade in central China, radiating to neighboring regions and providing access to approximately one-third of Chinese consumers. The local economic actors understand the potential of this market, and the Foreign Affairs Bureau, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and major food importers and distributors attended the event.
