Call for Inventors, Researchers, Students, and Businesses: 4th National Invention Competition
Inventors, researchers, students, and businesses, if you have an innovative idea, this call is for you. The Agency for the Promotion of Industry and Innovation (APII) is launching the 4th edition of the National Invention Competition, under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Energy, and in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Objective of the Competition
The competition aims to stimulate Tunisian creativity, facilitate the transfer of research results to industry, and encourage projects with significant economic, social, and environmental impact. Two categories are open: independent inventors and institutional inventors (research centers, laboratories, companies, and public or private institutions).

Prizes
The financial prizes are as follows:
- 1st prize: 10,000 DT
- 2nd prize: 7,000 DT
- 3rd prize: 5,000 DT A special "GREEN" prize of 3,000 DT will reward the most environmentally friendly invention, in line with the principles of sustainable development.
History and Impact of the Competition
Since its creation in 2016, the National Invention Competition has been an essential platform for detecting, valuing, and supporting Tunisian innovations. It has enabled many inventors to establish national and international partnerships, while strengthening Tunisia's visibility on the Mediterranean and global scene.
