Office Plast Announces Call for Applications for Two Independent Administrators
The Office Plast company has announced the launch of a call for applications to designate two independent administrators to its board of directors. The terms of office will last for 3 years, until the ordinary general meeting that will rule on the financial statements for the 2028 fiscal year. The deadline for submission is set for April 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM, with the company's stamp being proof.
Eligibility Criteria
In its statement, the company specifies that candidates for the position of independent administrator must meet strict criteria guaranteeing their impartiality. Thus, any interested person must not have, at the time of submitting their application, any direct or indirect link with Office Plast, its shareholders, administrators, board members, or any other party that could compromise their independence. The application, sent to the chairman of the board of directors, must bear the explicit mention: "Do not open - Application for the position of independent administrator to the board of directors of Office Plast". Selection Process
The selection process will be supervised by a committee appointed by the board of directors, responsible for examining all applications. Applications deemed compliant with the eligibility criteria will be ranked in order of merit and recorded in a minutes of deliberation. Subsequently, the selected applications will be submitted for review to the Financial Market Council (CMF), accompanied by the minutes. The selected candidates will be informed within the legal timeframe, and their appointment will be subject to the final approval of the ordinary general meeting scheduled for 2026.
