The Banque de Tunisie has ended the year 2025 on a positive note, with its individual net profit reaching 190.265 million dinars, compared to 188.415 million dinars in 2024. This represents a slight, yet stable, increase.

These results were finalized during the Board of Directors meeting on March 23, 2026, and pertain to the individual and consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2025. At the group level, the net result attributable to the group amounts to 202.817 million dinars, up from 199.437 million dinars the previous year. The trend remains upward.
Upcoming General Assembly
The bank has scheduled a meeting with its shareholders on April 28, 2026. The Ordinary General Assembly will take place at 9:00 AM at the Acropole Hotel in Tunis. A dividend of 0.350 dinars per share will be proposed for the 2025 fiscal year.
