Sotrapil S.A Announces Dividend Distribution
Sotrapil S.A has officially announced the distribution of a dividend of 1,700 dinars per share for the 2025 fiscal year. This decision was made during its Ordinary General Assembly held on June 10, 2026.
According to information communicated through the Financial Market Council (CMF), this dividend concerns a total of 4,138,200 shares and will be fully subject to the applicable withholding tax. The coupon detachment is scheduled for July 28, 2026, while the effective payment will take place two days later, on July 30, 2026.
