Poulina Group Holding (PGH) is launching a call for applications to designate two independent administrators to sit on its Board of Directors for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 fiscal years.
A New Step in Strengthening Governance
Through this initiative, the group is embarking on a new stage in reinforcing its governance. The sought-after profiles must meet a central criterion: total independence. Candidates must not, at the time of submitting their application, have any direct or indirect connection with the company, its shareholders, administrators, or any other party that could influence their judgment. The objective is clear: to ensure impartial decision-making and prevent any situation of conflict of interest, real or potential.
Application Submission Guidelines
Applications must be sent to the company's headquarters, located at GP 1, KM 12, Ezzahra, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, rapid mail, or deposited directly against discharge. The envelope, addressed to the President of the Board of Directors, must bear the mention: "DO NOT OPEN / Call for application for the position of Independent Administrator".
Deadline for Application Submission
The deadline for receiving applications is set for March 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Any incomplete or late application will be rejected.
